Filling out our online authorisation form grants us permission to review your Revenue records and represent you as your appointed Tax Agent.

Submitting a claim is free. No upfront payments or bank details are needed. If we secure a refund for you, our fee is 10%(+VAT) or a minimum fee of €26(+VAT). If the refund doesn’t meet our minimum fee, you owe nothing more.

Here’s how our process works, step-by-step:

a) Register you as our client and assess your tax from the past four years.
b) Inform you about other potential tax credits or allowances you might qualify for.
c) For married couples, both partners need to sign up.
d) Send us your medical expenses via email or post for processing as we assess your tax.

After our review and based on your details, Revenue processes the claim and provides a Statement of Liability.

Upon receipt of payment, we’ll get your refund to you within five business days. You can choose between a bank transfer or a cheque.

Here’s a quick breakdown of our claim timeline:

1. Most claims are completed within 7 days however complex claims and during busy periods may take slightly longer.
2. After updating your account with the provided details, Revenue generally takes up to 2 weeks to process the claim and release the Statement of Liability. But they usually accomplish this within five days.
3. As soon as we get the payment, you’ll receive your refund in 5 business days. You can opt for a bank transfer or a cheque.

You will receive 2 letters from revenue. The first will be to notify you that My Tax Refund with bank details ending in 1062 is acting on your behalf. This letter is notification that we believe a refund is due to you and is standard procedure. Any refund that we secure for you will be sent to us, which will in turn be forwarded to you.

The second letter is your Statement of Liability for your own records.
